ParkScan is a website that allows individuals to submit park-related observations, such as broken equipment, graffiti, litter, and staff compliments. Observations are sent automatically to San Francisco's 311 system where they are directed to the appropriate City agency. Once the agency has resolved the issue reported, it closes the case and the observation on ParkScan.org is automatically closed.
